Prototype & Construction

Garment assembly, sewing, execution

$50/hour

Meetings, Travel & Administrative Time

$25/hour

Revisions

Billed as incurred based on scope

Project Initiation

50% deposit required to begin

You are not paying for a garment.

You are paying for a garment that works.

This includes:

Translating concept into buildable form
Engineering patterns that function in motion
Resolving fit across real bodies, not mannequins
Understanding material behavior under stress and wear
Sequencing construction for durability and finish

This is Design Development that you OWN and is part of your brands Intellectual Property.

Payment Methods

All payments are accepted in verified, non-reversible forms.

Accepted methods include:

Cash
Bank wire
ACH transfer
Zelle or equivalent direct transfer services

House Of Vincenza does not operate on speculative or reversible payment structures.

Why This Structure Exists

This payment model is designed to:

Maintain financial clarity throughout the project
Prevent third-party interference in active development work
Ensure continuity once a project has begun

Development work is time-based, iterative and cannot be reversed once executed.

Payment Terms

Deposits are required to initiate work
Ongoing work may require staged payments depending on scope
Final delivery is contingent upon full payment

Submission of a deposit constitutes agreement to House Of Vincenza’s fee structure and Materials & Production Policy.
