6-Month Private Fashion Design Lab

A one-on-one, in-person development experience for individuals ready to move beyond ideas and build a fashion collection through real construction, technical execution and guided decision-making.

What This Is

A private, hands-on lab environment where you will develop a collection from initial concept through sample creation, technical refinement and launch preparation.

You are not learning in theory.

You are working directly on your own designs, in real time with professional guidance at every stage.

Time Structure

Up to 10 hours per week of in-studio development time
Flexible scheduling (1–2 sessions per week or full-day blocks)
Structured around active phases of your project

This format is designed to support both full-time and working participants while maintaining consistent progress.

What You Will Develop

A focused, buildable fashion collection (3–5 looks)
Up to 5 completed sample garments
Pattern development and fit refinement across multiple designs
Technical understanding of garment construction and sequencing
Fabric selection with cost and performance awareness

Tools & Systems

You will be introduced to and guided through:

Digital fashion illustration workflows
Pattern making software and development tools
Technical preparation for production

This is not just about making garments.
It’s about understanding how they are developed in a modern workflow.

Brand, Marketing & Funding Strategy

Development does not stop at the garment.

You will also learn:

Collection positioning and cohesion
Pricing and production strategy
Pre-order and early revenue models
Launch planning and execution
